Our Garden + Farm ingredients are the back bone to our menu, which we make available seven days a week for breakfast + lunch, seasonal suppers every month and feasts for special private occasions. Heroing our Garden + Farm, expert Pizza Chef, John Falkner bakes wood-fired pizzas made using only the best ingredients, many of which are produced within the estate’s 800 acres and walled gardens, including Killruddery lamb and pork, kale, parsley, honey and eggs.
