    There is plenty of seating to dine with us—or you can pre-purchase pizza for delivery to base camps on the estate.

    We have a number of carefully selected suppliers of workshops of various traditional skills; such as basketry and natural dye.

Our Garden to Table menu's use produce from our sustainably-run, bio-diverse working farm. We raise lamb, pork and beef here on the estate. Vegetables and cut flowers are grown in our Walled Garden, all using earth-conscious methods. We keep hens for eggs and there are bees making honey on the land. Where we do not grow something ourselves, we seek out the very best ingredients from local producers.

We provide a range of set menus from nibbles to feasts using Killruddery’s home-grown seasonal produce, prepared by our Head Chef, Niall O’Sullivan + team.

Our menu's are complimented with a fully stocked bar; including botanical cocktails and mocktails, locally brewed beer and fine wines.
