Grain Store is Killruddery’s restaurant and event space, housed in a 19th-Century renovated barn in Killruddery Yard. We bring wholesome, plant-forward cooking from what we produce in our heritage Walled Garden and working Farm.
We value simplicity and the short journey from what we grow to how we cook and serve. Led by Chef Niall O’Sullivan, our kitchen and front of house team extend a warm, family welcome.

CHEF
Niall O’Sullivan
Niall has spent over three decades championing provenance-led cooking. Beginning at Wrights Brasserie in Monkstown, he trained in Culinary Arts and refined his craft across Dublin’s leading kitchens, including Cavistons and Bang, before a formative period in Melbourne shaped his ingredient-led approach.
A founding member of Nádúr Collective, his cooking is rooted in seasonality and sustainability. Across Killruddery Yard - from Grain Store to our Farm Shop & Cafe, Pizza Shed and Tea Room - his plant-forward menus are inspired by what is grown, reared, and foraged on this heritage estate.
His precise work and ambition to find the precious quality in every ingredient has helped evolve Killruddery Yard as a gathering space that brings people closer to the land and each other.
