Set in Killruddery Yard, our Pizza Shed follows the seasons, inspired by produce from our Farm and Walled Garden—with ingredients such as Killruddery lamb, pork, kale, and wild garlic. Book a table indoors or sit outside in Killruddery Yard on brighter days!

Wood-Fired
Our pizzas are made with slow rising natural sourdough and topped with Irish artisanal and estate-grown and reared ingredients. Baked by our specialist Pizza Chefs in a traditional wood-fired dome oven, each is cooked at 700 degrees for a perfectly crisp finish.
We have the classics on our menu, including Margherita and our version of Pepperoni using a Fior di Latte [fresh cow’s milk] mozzarella from West Cork’s Toonbridge Dairy, Gubbeen’s semi-cured, lightly smoked chorizo and an Alpine-style Irish cheese called Templegall.
Try our Killruddery Pork Special, topped with our own Italian-style fennel pork sausage, caramelised onion, Toonbridge Fior di Latte, San Marzano tomato sauce filled with fresh herbs and a kick of green chilli oil.
