Join us for an evening of conversation, demonstration, and dining under the autumn skies at Killruddery Yard.
Enjoy a glass of bubbly on arrival and fireside talks with grower Steffan Davies of Ashford Mushrooms, who will share insights into the art of growing mushrooms, sharing knowledge and making growing kits accessible.
After the talk, guests will gather in the Pizza Shed for a candlelit three-course dinner, featuring garden snacks, wood-fired sourdough pizzas topped with Steffan’s harvest, and Irish-Italian ice cream.
