ABOUT THIS SERIES
Fill Your Cup—Mind, Body, and Soul
This winter, we are delighted to collaborate with a variety of local wellness practitioners to offer a series of meaningful and soulful Sunday mornings in the warmth of our Grain Store, nestled in Killruddery Yard. It’s our way of connecting with the community and inviting the curious to explore new practices or further develop ways to nurture both body and mind throughout the year.
ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
Repower your health and wellness with 3 simple steps.
Rachael Davis will guide you through a fun and interactive movement and mindfulness journey.
1. Rethink: Set your personal intention to allow your body and mind to relax in knowing what they need to do. Dance your way through shaking stress off, your muscles will thank you and soften as you smile.
2. Restore: Move through combined Pilates and Yoga, or what she likes to call POGA, the Irish for kiss - giving your body and mind a kiss with easy fun sequences. Rachael will guide you in how to manage any pain and discomforts to improve your daily function.
3. Recharge: Allow yourself the time to breathe with a beautiful meditation that will light you up and lift your spirits. Closing with a feeling of connection, community and softness as we go about our day.
