DATES: 7TH FEBRUARY, 2026

TIME: 10.00AM - 1.00PM

EVENT DESCRIPTION:

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll use traditional dye plants and flowers from the garden to create a naturally printed silk scarf. You’ll learn the bundle dyeing method which uses gentle steam to draw out colour from the botanicals — often with surprising results. This is a great introduction to the centuries-old art of dyeing fabrics with flowers. The workshop has a calm pace, and you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind silk scarf — and a new curiosity for the colours hidden in every flower you see.
