About this experience
KILLRUDDERY MEMBER TICKET: €70
STANDARD TICKET: €77
DATE: 14TH FEBRUARY
TIME: 10.00AM - 1.00PM
EVENT DESCRIPTION:
Join us for a warm, relaxed morning, with tea, coffee and something sweet on arrival. This convivial, Galentine's-style gathering is perfect whether you come solo or share the experience with friends.
You will create your own spring flower arrangement in a bowl, with guidance from our lead florist, Hanka Miziova. Hanka will explore colour, balance and texture using early-season materials, and share ideas on working creatively with what's available in late winter and early spring, along with practical tips on conditioning and caring for seasonal stems at home.
All flowers, foliage, bowls and materials are included. Weather permitting, we will also enjoy a gentle walk through our early spring beds and hedgerows for inspiration. Your finished arrangement will be natural, sculptural and long-lasting ready to take home and enjoy.
Rooted in Killruddery Cut Flowers' earth-friendly, grown-here ethos, this workshop offers a chance to experience how our gardens inform floral design throughout the year.
Who is this for?
- Suitable for beginners and those with some experience of flower arranging
- Those who wish to enjoy a lovely alternative Valentine's treat; celebratory, creative and grounding
