EVENT DESCRIPTION

Spend a half day immersed in art, nature and inner awareness in the beautiful surroundings of Killruddery Yard and Gardens.

Guided by Shruti Rana, artist and facilitator behind Musing Artistry, this workshop offers a sensory and creative journey through the body, colour and natural elements.

Beginning in Killruddery's Flower Studio Workshop, the experience unfolds with a guided meditative walk through the gardens, encouraging deep noticing through touch, sound and stillness. Returning to the workshop, participants explore body awareness, guided meditation, and intuitive mandala-making using natural pigments, creating three expressive artworks.

Working with red, orange and yellow, derived from natural materials such as beetroot, turmeric, saffron and earth-based pigments, the workshop follows a journey of grounding, feeling and becoming.

Through color, sensory awareness, and creative expression, participants are invited to embody and anchor into the energy of the chakras in a practical and intuitive way.

ABOUT SHRUTI RANA

Struti is a self-taught artist, certified Art and Colour Healer, NLP practitioner and meditation practitioner, and the founder of Musing Artistry.

Her work explores the connection between colour, emotion, and inner awareness, using art as a tool for reflection, healing and self-understanding.

Through Musing Artistry, she creates a safe and supportive space where participants can process emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with themselves.
