EVENT DESCRIPTION

As part of Heritage Week Ireland, Xenia Meath welcomes you "at home" for a presentation following the publication of her book, Evelyn.

In conversation with Sarah Greene, one of our volunteer archivists, this intimate talk will offer a personal insight into the life of Evelyn, Xenia's Grandmother, a richly detailed portrait of a remarkable woman navigating the social and moral landscape of the early 20th Century across Europe, from England to Russia.

Join us in the library for this special presentation as Xenia shares the inspiration, research and reflections behind her telling of Evelyn's story.

This talk will take place in The Library of Killruddery House (a Member of the Historic Houses of Ireland)

Testimonials

Seasonal Supper Club - Everything perfect from beginning to end, atmospheric setting, wonderful staff and service, the food was so fresh and full of flavour and presented so well, a credit to the head chef Niall, whose visit to each table also made it special. A credit to the whole team, we will definitely be back.
