Join us for a walk beneath the Trees of Killruddery with Irish botanist and former Director of the National Botanic Gardens, Dr. Matthew Jebb and Killruddery owner and forester Jack Meath.
The gardens were created by the 4th and 6th Earls from approximately 1682 and still retain their 17C layout whilst continuing to be maintained and planted to this day.
Jack Meath (15th Earl) has been involved in lifelong Land Management. A forester by training he knows the Estate intimately, making decisions for each area of the woodlands based on their bio-diversity and preservation. He continues to plant and care for trees in the tradition of the many foresters who left their legacies which we can enjoy today.

Testimonials
Seasonal Supper Club - Everything perfect from beginning to end, atmospheric setting, wonderful staff and service, the food was so fresh and full of flavour and presented so well, a credit to the head chef Niall, whose visit to each table also made it special. A credit to the whole team, we will definitely be back.
