Ingredients from our Garden and Farm are used throughout our menus. We also run a Seasonal Supper Club on Saturday evenings and offer feasts for private special occasions.

Head Chef Niall O'Sullivan and his team put provenance first, using seasonal and local ingredients in all they create.

    Heroing our Garden + Farm, expert Pizza Chef, John Faulkner bakes wood-fired pizzas made using only the best ingredients, many of which are produced within the estate's 800 acres and Walled Garden, including Killruddery Farm lamb and pork, kale, parsley, honey and eggs.

    Opened by Lady Fionnuala Ardee, Killruddery's Tea Room provides seasonal sustenance for our Members and visitors during Garden Open Season. Nestled against the south facing wall and in our Victorian ornamental dairy, offering restful views across the Formal Gardens, with Wicklow's striking Little Sugar Loaf mountain in the distance.
